Is my giving information secure?
Absolutely. Any information you enter is encrypted using SSL security - the same state-of-the-art security measures used by online retailers, banks, and other financial institutions.
What online giving methods do you accept?
In addition to credit/debit cards, you can now also give via Bank Account (our recommendation). While we're happy to accept your donation by any means, Bank Account donations cost significantly less, allowing more of your gift to go towards ministry.
How do I log in?
Anyone who used our previous online giving can log in using the same username (email address) and password as before. Should you encounter an issue, please click "Forgot Password?" on the login screen, enter your email, and you'll promptly be emailed a new password. (Printed Instructions)
Do I need an account to give online?
No. That said, we do recommend creating one so that you can view your online giving history. Also, you will be asked to create an account if you'd like to set up recurring donations.
Will I receive a receipt for online giving?
Yes. You will be emailed a donation receipt each time you give.
Is there a minimum or maximum amount I can give online?
No. That said, for gifts over $5,000, please contact us to ensure they're not processed in a timely fashion. (Our internal giving security can flag large donations for security reasons).
